Experience encaustic painting techniques with a one or two day, one-on-one workshop in my studio. All materials are provided. You schedule your class, as a private tutorial, for your own convenience. Have it tailored to your own skill level and interests. Classes may be scheduled for up to three people at a time.

Learn basic materials, tools and techniques such as: preparing a wood panel, painting with wax medium, creating colors, carving into wax and inlaying colors, collaging into wax with paper, and use of a propane torch. Get information on setting up your own encaustic painting area. A typical one-day class session is 6 hours. Come with a sense of play and the ability to focus. Go home with your own artwork.
